CROCKPOT POTATO SOUP

--------------------

6 potatoes, peeled and sliced

1 carrot, sliced

1 stalk celery, sliced

4 chicken bouillon cubes

1 tbsp. parsley flakes

5 c. water

1 tbsp. salt

Pepper

1/3 c. butter

1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk

Put all ingredients in crockpot, except milk. Cook on low

10-12 hours. Stir in evaporated milk during last hour. I

sometimes add ham, cut fine and cook it all day too.
