  1 carrot, sliced



  1 stalk celery, sliced



  4 chicken bouillon cubes



  1 tbsp. parsley flakes



  5 c. water



  1 tbsp. salt



  Pepper



  1/3 c. butter



  1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk







Put all ingredients in crockpot, except milk. Cook on low
